Fortuneway Selection Software - User Registration & Service Agreement

Welcome to Fortuneway. This online selection software is provided by Fortuneway Co., Ltd. ("Fortuneway", "we", or "us"). By registering and using this platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Verification

• Professional Identity: To ensure      the accuracy of technical support, please register using your real name      and corporate email address. Registrations using generic email      domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) may face longer review times or rejection.
• Approval Process: We operate under      a "Verified Access Only" policy. After you submit your      registration, your account will be reviewed by our administrator to ensure      it matches our service scope. We will complete this review within 2      business days.
• Account Security: You are      responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.      Sharing accounts between different companies or individuals is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Policy (Crucial for Protection)

• Ownership: All data, algorithms,      calculation logic, and generated reports on this platform are the      intellectual property of Fortuneway.
• No Automated Access: You agree NOT      to use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or      interfaces to access the software or extract data.
• Anti-Reverse Engineering: You may      not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or      underlying algorithms of the selection software.
• Abnormal Activity Monitoring: Our      system monitors for abnormal traffic patterns (e.g., high-frequency      queries in a short period). Accounts suspected of data mining or      scraping will be automatically suspended.

3. Data Confidentiality & Privacy (Crucial for Customer Trust)

• Your Data is Safe: We understand      that the project parameters (e.g., airflow, temperature/humidity      requirements) you input may contain sensitive commercial information. Fortuneway      agrees to keep your input data strictly confidential. We will not      disclose your project details to any third party without your consent.
• Purpose of Use: Your data is used      solely for the purpose of generating technical selections and providing      you with engineering support.

4. Disclaimer of Simulation Results

• Reference Only: The performance      data provided (including efficiency, pressure drop, enthalpy) is based on      standard laboratory conditions. Actual performance may vary due to      installation environments and external factors.
• Verification: The simulation      results are for design reference only. For critical projects, we recommend      contacting our sales team for physical sample testing to ensure      compliance with specific standards (e.g., UL, AHRI).

5. Termination

• If you breach these Terms, particularly regarding unauthorized      data extraction or providing false registration information, Fortuneway      reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service      immediately, without prior notice.
